Our technical services area is focused on continual improvement to our equation® ASP software offering. Technicians, developers, and customer service representatives interact with our customers and analyze market requirements to keep our software up to date, highly functional, and providing value.
Application Development
Equation® ASP is hosted on the leading Adobe Enterprise Application Development Server, with the back end Data base being MS SQL 2008 R2.

Infrastructure
Our application is supported at a SOC 1-SSAE 16 Type II Audited data center. The data center provides 24 hour monitoring of all servers, and up to 30 days of Online backups for instant Disaster recovery.
Transmission
SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Prism eSolutions utilizes this technology during the transfer of all documents to encrypt data during transmission. This means that if data were stolen during transmission it would be unusable, unless the 256-bit encryption key could be broken. Only the most malicious and sophisticated "hackers" can decrypt data. Prism eSolutions has applied for and received a certificate for encrypting and has posted the following message to our equation® ASP production site: equation® ASP uses GoDaddy SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from this site.
Customer Service
Our help desk is available for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST five days a week. In addition, technicians and developers assist in making necessary changes to solve customer issues, and challenges.
Network Administer
Security of our data is critically important to us and our clients. We house development servers on site at our corporate headquarters and at a back up location located within 5 miles of location.
